February 8th 2012: Just a heads up to let you know I’m still working on the post looking at Steiner’s racist notions re child development. The post is going well but an ‘Odds & Sods’ post may appear before it does. Spring cleaning of existing blog content has started and the research into UK Anthroposophical organisations (money flows, links between them etc.) continues.
December 14th 2011: First the good news, I’m now a grandfather. Lovely boy, all the family are doing well. The bad news is that I chose to have my dog put down three weeks ago – she’d had a few seizures/strokes prior to that and was quite poorly at the end. So, with all that going on whilst still sorting out our new house (did I mention the rat problem?), I’ve had no time or inclination to be blogging the past few weeks or so. Normal service is now resuming.
December 14th 2011: I’ll be spring cleaning the blog early in the New Year so do please report broken links, errors etc.
October 5th 2011: Link to old posts from the CHASE group added to blogroll, all blogroll links now set to open in a new tab/window – should be easier for visitors to navigate this way, let me know if it isn’t:)
October 3rd 2011: Link to a New Zealand blogger added to blogroll, an incorrect figure for Hiram Trust annual av income in the ‘Plymouth Axes BA’ post was found and corrected. Please, if you do find any errors report them.
October 1st 2011: Broken links reported by Google tools fixed or removed from various posts, still trying to sort out now fixed the boxnet ‘bleed’ problem at cost of slight lag in load time of it but it’ll do for now, some very minor typos removed from Free Schools(5a) post and a couple of links added to aid reading of it.
September 11th 2011: A fair few correspondents have asked and the answer is, yes, there is a pending blog post covering Steiner’s racist fantasy of how children develop. it’s near finished.
September 11th 2011: the Oz critics website has been removed from the blogroll because the link is now dead. Please alert me to any other dead linkies you come across, Google webmaster doesn’t find them all. Also I’d be interested to hear from any of you having trouble with the blog’s layout when you visit/read…in my haughtiness I presumed most people would have a wide-ish screen monitor with high-ish resolution and chose a blog template with that in mind, give a shout if posts are difficult for you to view and let me know if possible what sort of computer set-up you have and what browser you use – I’ll see what can be done.
September 11th 2011: The ‘bleed’ beneath the boxnet widget on right hand side panel of the blog is a longstanding WordPress bug still unfixed last I checked. I’m looking at an alternative means of providing downloadable docs for readers but meanwhile be assured the boxnet blog stuff is all entirely safe and error free should you want to make use of it.
